Supply List

2015-2016 Fourth Grade Supply List: Please bring all supplies to Open House on Wednesday, August 5th: A-J from 1:00-2:00 and M-Z from 2:30-3:30

1 - 1” inch clear view white binder w/ pockets

2 - wide ruled hard covered, marbled composition book (label with name on the inside)

1 - 3 holed, sturdy fabric zippered pencil pouch (put inside binder)(no pencil boxes in class)

1 - 5 count subject dividers (put them inside the binder)

1 - set of earbuds for laptop use (put inside pencil pouch, earbuds will be kept at school)

3 - spiral bound, single subject notebooks (wide ruled-70 pages, 1 each blue, red, green,)

3 - matching folders w/ prongs and pockets (1 each blue, red, green)

2 - large boxes of kleenex
